ഗൾഫ് രാജ്യങ്ങളിലേക്കും തിരിച്ചുമുള്ള ഉയർന്ന വിമാന നിരക്ക് കോടതി ഇടപെടൽ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് ദില്ലി ഹൈക്കോടതിയിൽ റിട്ട്. ഹർജി. കേരള പ്രവാസി അസോസിയേഷനാണ് ഹർജിയുമായി കോടതിയെ സമീപിച്ചത്. ഇന്ത്യൻ വ്യോമ നിയമത്തിലെ ചട്ടം -135 ചോദ്യം ചെയ്താണ് ഹർജി നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഈ ചട്ടങ്ങൾ ഭരണഘടന വിരുദ്ധമാണെന്നും യാത്ര ചെയ്യാനുള്ള അവകാശത്തിന് മേലുള്ള ലംഘനമാണെന്നും ഹർജിയിൽ വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്നു.

ഗൾഫ് വിമാന യാത്രാ നിരക്ക് കുത്തനെ വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് എതിരേ ,വിമാന കമ്പനികളെ നിയന്ത്രിക്കാൻ വിമാന യാത്രാ നിരക്കിന് പരിധി നിശ്ചയിക്കണം എന്നാവശ്യപ്പെട്ടുകൊണ്ടു കേരളാ പ്രവാസി അസോസിയേഷന് വേണ്ടി ചെയർമാൻ Rajendran Vellapalath, പ്രസിഡന്റ് Aswani Nambarambath, KMNP Law Firm വഴി ഡൽഹി ഹൈ കോടതിയെ സമീപിച്ചു.
കേരളാ പ്രവാസി അസോസിയേഷൻ എന്ന രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാർട്ടിയുടെ കീഴിലുള്ള ട്രസ്റ്റിന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ ലിസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ട 36 മേഖലകളിൽ ഒന്നായ പാർപ്പിട സുരക്ഷയുടെ ഭാഗമായി നടപ്പിലാക്കുന്ന സൗജന്യ ഭവന പദ്ധതിയുടെ ആദ്യ ഭവനത്തിന്റെ തറക്കല്ലിടൽ കർമ്മം 25.07.2022 നു നടന്നു.
